• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 7+ years experience in Business Analysis or BI roles
• Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Dataflows)
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling
• Experience with cloud-based and on-prem data platforms such as Azure Synapse and SQL Server
• Hands‑on implementation or architecture experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business data requirements
• Design and validate data models within data warehouses
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
• Translate business questions into technical queries using DAX and SQL
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation for high data quality
• Develop KPIs aligned with business goals
• Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency
• Conduct user training for Power BI users
