Availability Requirements:

Part-Time

* Saturday availability IS REQUIRED. This is not a Monday-Friday only position

* Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

What You'll Do:

* Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep

* Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4:
Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say "My Pleasure"

* Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training

* Complete assigned opening and closing tasks

* Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times

* Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant

* Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Display a professional, positive attitude at all times

* Adhere to dress code and appearance standards

* Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

* Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally

* Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Reliable transportation

* Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service

* Cheerful, positive, and customer-focused attitude

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

* Works well independently and as part of a team

* Receptive to constructive feedback and growth-minded

* Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

* Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)

* Able to lift 5-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
