• Dinners and late nights are your forte! You keep the team moving while providing great service and quality to our guests into the night.
• The closing manager ensures that the restaurant is clean and set up for the next day.
• Managing large shifts; impact on equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is properly cleaned and shut down.
• Providing leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness to customers.
• Maintaining flexible availability to meet the needs of the restaurant (incl. weekends).
• Planning and setting up shift ahead of time, monitoring performance during shift.
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and meeting McDonald’s standards.
• Monitoring safety, security, profitability; communicating with breakfast shift manager.
• Meeting targets during shifts and completing delegated tasks to meet restaurant goals.
• Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.

• Previous leadership experience required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible availability; passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Min 18 years old for manager position.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
