Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $21.00/hr

• Open and close the store independently, ensuring all systems start‑up, cash handling, and floor readiness. Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe. Provide accurate change as requested at cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive visit.
• Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Coach and assist team members with vendor ordering, backdoor openings, order exceptions, and reverse logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and on‑hand quantities for basic departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Assist with pricing, daily price changes, signage, and compliance with local regulations and state‑level regulated products programs.
• Perform bookkeeping activities, including cash report, counts, ledgers, and bill payments as requested.
• Support exterior and interior maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance; request repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, maintain respectful coworker relationships, and complete special assignments.

• Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by the manager.

• Liaise between management and non‑management team members by communicating assigned tasks when management is absent.
• Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
