• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolve customer issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale and trade‑up or companion items.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintain inventory records.
• Implement company asset protection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Assist with product placement and stock rotation for consumable items.
• Operate store systems and equipment, including photo and digital passport services.
• Monitor and fulfill web pick‑up orders.
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance for a clean store appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete performance learning plans as requested by management.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer at least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
