Job Description - Assistant Manager Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self‑motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a small franchise that employs 12 people, so team building skills are a must for this position.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation
Must speak English fluently
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (We’re closed on Christmas day and Thanksgiving day)
Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week
Excellent Communication skills
Organization skills
Basic Computer skills
Must be able to Deliver and create outstanding product

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Repetitive use of hands

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in food industry

Minimum of 2 years of management skills preferred
A minimum age of 18 years
Domino`s Pizza experience is a plus*
