Base pay range: $58,656.00 / yr – $80,000.00 / yr.

We are looking for an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, designing and optimizing control systems for a variety of processes.

• Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
• Help design and optimize control systems for various processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.

• Associate’s or Engineering Technologist degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Revit software (preferred).
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
• Prior experience with DDC and PLC based control systems.
• Experience with Data Center design or operations.
