In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site.

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The Role:

In this role, you will support the network architect for the Compass Call program working to optimize the network design to ensure systems performance will meet requirements. You will continue to develop a network centric architecture, integrate HW and SW in the SILs, and provide ongoing support to labs. You may also perform other systems engineering tasks as required. * Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.

* Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs.

* Proven design, analysis, and communication skills

* Experience with high bandwidth network centric architectures.

* Experience with application layer network integration.

* Experience integrating HW and SW and managing lab configurations.

* Some knowledge of C++ or other software programming languages.

* Active Secret Security Clearance

* Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Familiarity with the Compass Call Program

* Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.

* Experience with Integration and test at the system level.

* Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems

* Active Top Secret Clearance

* Masters degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
