Intermediate Mechanical Assembler (#25-604) - Hudson, New Hampshire, United States Job Summary

The Intermediate Mechanical Assembler will perform a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronics and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Job Responsibilities- Install, assemble and inspect electronic components per documented work instructions.
- Interpret job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics.
- Demonstrate professionalism, leadership and initiatives on a daily basis.
- Perform various mechanical operations under a microscope up to 50% of the time.
- Perform pass‑downs with outgoing/incoming shifts.
- Disassemble and re‑assemble, modify, rework assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have meticulous hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Experience with mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read assembly drawings/procedures.
- Experience building under a microscope.
- Hands‑on experience with torque values and other mechanical rework.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet production and customer needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Electronics assembly and inspection experience.
- IPC‑610 experience.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience.

Pay Grade RangeFulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position
- $38,300.00 - $76,600.00 annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees.
- $42,900.00 - $85,800.00 annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA.
- $45,200.00 - $90,400.00 annual salary for in‑office or hybrid employees in NJ.
