CNC Mill-Turn Team Lead - Direct HireA growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a 2nd Shift Mill-Turn CNC Team Lead in the Hudson, NH area. This company is known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the precision manufacturing sector.
Shift of the CNC Mill-Turn Team Lead:4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay Rate of the CNC Mill-Turn Team Lead:$40-47/hr
Responsibilities of the CNC Mill-Turn Team Lead:- Lead and support a team of 2-4 CNC operators on 2nd shift - leadership experience is NOT required
- Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Mill-Turn machines
- Work with multi-turret and multi-spindle CNC equipment utilizing live tooling
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Utilize basic mechanical inspection tools to verify part quality
- 3+ years of Mill-Turn CNC machining experience
- Experience with live tooling and multi-turret/multi-spindle machines
- Experience working with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Proficiency with basic mechanical inspection tools
