Job Summary
We are immediately hiring for entry-level wireless technicians for our Small Cell/DAS team to perform installs across the United States. If you are detail oriented and eager to learn a trade in a booming industry don’t shy away, we offer on the job training to set you up for success.
What Will You DoWhat You Will Do
- Assist in the installation and configuration of small cell and DAS equipment, including antennas, radios, and other network components
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software malfunctions
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of Small Cell/DAS sites
- Understand different OEM and connection types
- Assist and learn Line sweeping and PIM testing
- Assist and learn Fusion Splicing and Fiber testing
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of Telecommunications Industry desired but NOT required
- Cabling or construction experience a plus
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- Willingness to travel
- Travel required - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong character and direct and honest communication
- Valid Driver's License
Expected compensation includes $20 to $25 an hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. Ability to work outside in all elements, including but not limited to snow, rain, and varying temperatures. The employee may be required to walk long distances, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may drive for extended periods of time. The employee must also occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds and be Able to maintain a safe work environment
