Field Supervisor

Experienced Field Supervisor | 66k to 74k per year | Year Round Work

Design Works Landscaping has been in business since 2006 serving homeowners and commercial properties for all their landscape construction, maintenance and snow removal needs.

We are looking to hire a field supervisor to help our account manager monitor crews productivity, assign daily work, keep crews on schedule, and keep standards high. We currently have two account managers who focus on working directly with customers and are looking for assistance in working directly with field staff.

This position is full time, year round with plenty of opportunities for overtime. We do snow removal services in the winter and this position requires assistance with snow removal.

• Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews
• Assign daily work and keep crews on schedule
• Train and coach employees
• Inspect work and maintain quality standards
• Solve problems and answer crew questions in the field
• Communicate with management and customers
• Track productivity and complete LMN reporting
• Assist in snow removal during winter

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience
• Valid driver's license
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
• Snow removal experience required
• Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example
