Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive endocrine care including management of diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal/pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis Outpatient-only practice with minimal to no inpatient call Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers to ensure continuity of care Initiate and manage insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems Participate in quality improvement efforts and community health outreach Strong support from nursing and clinical staff EPIC EMR system used across the organization

Ideal Candidate: MD or DO with completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism Eligible for New York medical license and DEA certification Interest in rural health and underserved populations preferred Skilled communicator with a collaborative, patient-centered approach Interest in telemedicine a plus About the Community:
