Position: Memory Care Aide 7pm-7am $19-$21 (Full Time)

Memory Care Support Partner

Full-Time

Location

Hudson, Ohio

Starting wage: $19‑$21 per hour

Shift Schedule

Week 1:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Responsibilities
  • Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
  • Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities, and personalize engagement plans.
  • Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities, from dining to bedtime routines.
  • Life Partner: partner with residents through daily living from waking to sleeping.
  • Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
  • Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude; love for residents.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Active, able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall care.
  • Criminally cleared.
