What’s the job?

• Process benefit verifications for incoming referrals
• Submit prior authorizations and renewals through Availity and related payer portals
• Review required clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Manage deadlines with urgency and ensure turnaround times are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing information or authorization barriers

What’s needed?

• Experience as a Prior Authorization Specialist or working in prior auth functions
• Hands-on experience with Availity
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Comfortable working 100% on-site in Hudson, Ohio
