We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our enterprise support group onsite at our Hudson, OH headquarters.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to kick off their IT career, grow within a fun and collaborative team, and get hands-on with enterprise-level support across 300+ field offices.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as Tier 1 support for end-user issues (hardware, software, login issues, password resets, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets through the fundamentals of IT support
Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of 12 (including 5 other Level 1 Techs)
Engage with employees across departments — bring your personality!
What We’re Looking For:
Someone eager to grow in IT — you may have just a cert or entry-level experience
Great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Outgoing personality — we’re looking for someone who brings energy, not just technical skills
Local to Hudson, OH (onsite preferred 4–5 days/week, with some flexibility)
Previous IT support or helpdesk experience (even internships or school projects)
A recent degree or technical cert — but passion and hunger matter more than a resume!
