Tech Dynamix is hiring an IT Support Technician I to be the first point of contact for our clients in Northeast Ohio. You will diagnose Windows desktop issues, administer Microsoft 365, and image and deploy workstations and devices.
This is a full-time, on-site role with travel to client sites as needed. You'll work with a Tier 1 team, escalate when necessary, keep detailed ticket notes, and pursue certifications funded by the company.
