Essential Responsibilities
  • Complete assembly of mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies
  • Package finished goods and apply required labeling
  • Follow written documentation, including assembly procedures, drawings, bill of materials and other quality documents
  • Meet standard process routing times (70 % of time)
  • Complete in‑process inspections and testing of assembled parts, identify non‑conforming (defective) parts and follow appropriate quality procedures (10 % of time)
  • Complete modification of finished good products following written procedures (10 % of time)
  • Complete evaluation of finished products returned from customers following written procedures (10 % of time)
  • Assembly and soldering of cable and electrical assemblies
  • On‑the‑job training for soldering and assembly of cable assemblies; once trained, become proficient in cable assembly tasks
