- Complete assembly of mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies
- Package finished goods and apply required labeling
- Follow written documentation, including assembly procedures, drawings, bill of materials and other quality documents
- Meet standard process routing times (70 % of time)
- Complete in‑process inspections and testing of assembled parts, identify non‑conforming (defective) parts and follow appropriate quality procedures (10 % of time)
- Complete modification of finished good products following written procedures (10 % of time)
- Complete evaluation of finished products returned from customers following written procedures (10 % of time)
- Assembly and soldering of cable and electrical assemblies
- On‑the‑job training for soldering and assembly of cable assemblies; once trained, become proficient in cable assembly tasks
