About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hudson Elms Nursing Home in Hudson, Ohio
. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge and expertise
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
