Waterway Carwash is seeking Car Wash Detailers at our Hudson location. As a Car Wash Associate, you don’t just clean cars – you get to work actively outside with your friends while earning paid hours on flexible, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.

• Complete all necessary steps to thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on the wash package selected.
• Enthusiastically greet customers, assist customers into and out of vehicles, provide clear direction, and alert management when cleaning is complete.
• Drive vehicles onto and off conveyor, program wash type, shut off conveyor if obstructions, watch traffic flow and remain aware of surroundings.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment year-round (picking up trash, sweeping, hosing areas, pulling weeds, shoveling snow, salting customer areas).
• Wash and dry towels, carry buckets to stations, fill and stock cleaning supplies, dig wash trench, sweep and hose backrooms/storage rooms, clean wash equipment, windows, doors, and walls; empty trash cans and vacuum canisters.
• Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, especially those related to safety.
• Perform other duties as identified by management.

• Work outdoors year-round with weather variations, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery, and noise.
• Periods of extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level; sustain fast pace and consistent effort.
• Vision and Hearing: far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception; hearing and distinguishing speech from other sounds.
• Language: must speak and understand English fluently for business purposes.
• Attendance: maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance; work irregular schedule including weekends, overtime, holidays.
