Design Consultant – Outside Sales Representative (Paid Training) located in Cleveland, OH. The schedule is a rotating schedule Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday: weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; weeks 3–4 Tues–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Each sales appointment lasts about two hours. The role includes attending weekly team meetings and training workshops, guiding customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process, and utilizing warm and pre‑set leads – no cold‑calling or lead generation.

• Ability to connect quickly with anyone in any environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; recent graduates and individuals from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles are encouraged.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication.

• Base salary plus an uncapped commission pay structure with earnings up to $200,000+.
