- 18+ years old, no experience or education required.
- Confident, motivated, and eager to grow.
- $17.25–$22/hr base ($25–$35+/hr with bonuses).
- $65K–$135K+ annual earning potential (no cap, not a commission position).
- Bonuses, company trips to Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas, events & perks.
- Company vehicle for fieldwork.
- Health, dental & vision (full‑time employee, promotion to team lead required to qualify).
