Xclusive Painting Company is a family-owned residential and commercial painting company with offices in Hudson and Strongsville, Ohio, and we're growing fast. We're looking for driven people to knock doors, meet homeowners, and fill our estimate calendar through the winter.
What You'll Do- Knock doors in select neighborhoods around Hudson
- Introduce Xclusive to homeowners and learn about their upcoming painting projects
- Set estimate appointments for our estimators and log them in our system
- Track your doors, conversations, and appointments set each shift
- Show up to team huddles and coaching, and keep sharpening your pitch
- Generate leads through door-to-door, cold calling, and other outreach
- Run estimate appointments, both self-generated and company-provided, with leads from a variety of sources provided by the company
- Walk projects on-site with homeowners and assess what they need
- Build and present quotes on-site or soon after the appointment
- Follow up and close sales in a professional, value-driven way
- Track your weekly numbers: appointments set (target: 5 self-set appointments per week), estimates run, and closing rate
- Take part in sales training and team meetings
- Strong communication and confidence talking with homeowners
- Willingness to prospect every day
- Professionalism on every estimate
- Coachability and accountability to your numbers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-generate at least 5 appointments per week
- Attend all weekly meetings and trainings
- Meet or beat monthly sales targets
- First-week trial, paid hourly: learn, shadow, and help generate leads
- Pay details are discussed after the first-week trial
- No experience required. Grow into a senior estimator or sales role with higher earnings

Full-time, permanent. Shifts run early afternoon to late evening.
