• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship.
• Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in used/pre-owned vehicle
• ASE certifications preferred (but not required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes the CBA union agreement: $22-$24 flat rate
