POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the foreperson, grading equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to front‑end loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, rollers, and other pieces of excavating equipment.
On‑job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.
This position is a full‑time seasonal, working April/May through November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
