Bethel Lutheran Church / Bethel Highlands is seeking a Sound Technician to provide professional audio support for worship services, ensuring a clear on‑site mix and a quality online stream.

This role ensures a balanced house mix, creates a separate mix for live streaming, maintains scenes on the board, supports the worship team, coordinates with leaders and Media Technician, and trains volunteer operators.

• Operate the digital audio board for a balanced, high‑quality mix.
• Create and manage a separate mix for live streaming and recordings.
• Develop and maintain scenes on the sound board for consistency.
• Support the worship team by addressing audio issues with channels, lines, or in‑ear monitor systems.
• Communicate with worship leaders, musicians, and the Media Technician for seamless coordination.
• Maintain audio equipment and cables; report or assist with repairs.
• Assist in training and supporting volunteer sound operators.
