Refor Medicine is a fast-growing direct-pay and employer-sponsored Direct Primary Care Family- and Obesity Medicine practice. We are leading a movement dedicated to restoring affordability, transparency, simplicity, and relationship-based care in primary care medicine. We are seeking compassionate, skilled medical providers who value the practice of medicine the way it is meant to be — focused on patients, not paperwork. We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Provider for our Baldwin, WI clinic.

Other Wisconsin-based facility locations may be available.

No insurance billing. No Medicare. No Medicaid.

Broad-scope, office-based family medicine. Work with patients of all ages, perform minor procedures, and deliver comprehensive primary care.

Programmatic, data-driven approach to weight loss through dietary modification, health coaching, adjunctive medications, and close follow-up; proven over 20 years of experience.

PA-C/NP – Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience.

Must be willing to opt out of Medicare billing (Don’t worry, we’ll help)

Certification as a Medical Examiner for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration exams (DOT- or “truck driver” physicals) or willing to obtain this “DOT” certification. (One day online course plus certification exam)
