Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Financial Analyst – Costing to support our medical device manufacturing operations in North America at our Hudson, WI site. This hybrid position involves engaging in a diverse and variable scope of responsibilities focused on manufacturing financial analysis, including process development and implementation. The role will report to the Divisional Costing Manager.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain costing master data in SAP to accurately reflect the cost of manufacturing and procurement activities.
  • Engage in ongoing cost accounting activities, reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in annual overhead and labor rate development.
  • Carry out program cost study analyses, ensuring the accuracy of standard costs.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of KPIs to help plant‑level teams identify and address root causes of manufacturing variances in a data‑driven environment.
  • Utilize standards to support financial and operational planning and analysis activities, including capacity and labor planning.
  • Participate in diverse analysis and project work, supporting the organization at various levels.
  • Partner with the cost estimating team to understand and calculate the cost associated with new business opportunities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with an ERP system, SAP preferred.
  • Experience presenting in front of groups and communicating with various levels within an organization.
  • Experience in Manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with data analysis, including the use of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
