• Maintain dealership financial records, ensure accurate month‑end closings, and review general ledger schedules.
• Monitor operational income statements, conduct fraud prevention reviews, and ensure adherence to internal controls and LAD financial policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections, daily bank postings, and bank reconciliations.
• Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct physical vehicle inventories, reconcile parts inventory, and support fixed‑asset reporting.
• Resolve issues related to inbound and outbound vehicle documentation.
• Partner with dealership leadership (especially the GM), manage a team of 2–10 staff, and support hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, warranty claims, and reporting requirements.
• Particip Nase budgeting up to $8 million and support stores approaching $200 million in revenue; contribute to M&A activities.

• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and communication.
• Proficiency in accounting processes, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret financial results and recommend actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/classifier or at least 3 years of dealership accounting experience (required).
• Experience in team leadership and the auto industry (preferred).

• $80,000 – $115,000 based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity.
