Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performance and reporting of clinical laboratory testing using a variety of automated, semi-automated and manual technologies. Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of test results, initial troubleshooting of problems, instrument maintenance and following safe laboratory practices. This position will float between Hudson Hospital & Clinic and Westfields Hospital & Clinic.
Minimum QualificationsCurrent certification as Medical Technologist (MT/CLS/MLS) or equivalent by a national board of registry i.e. ASCP, AMT. Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or related field.
Preferred QualificationsMinimum one year hospital laboratory experience preferred.
