This role provides skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments to outpatients and inpatients upon a physician's referral within the scope of current accepted physical therapy practices. Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. This position will operate within our TRIA clinic at Hudson Hospital & Clinic and will primarily provide outpatient physical therapy.

• Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current license with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy (specific only to employees practicing in Minnesota).
• Current BLS certification—American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

• Experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
• Membership in a related professional organization.
