The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments, ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care.
Responsibilities- Effectively recruit, train, manage, and retain employees.
- Coordinate the weekly staff schedule for appropriate coverage.
- Serve as liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency of patient service, including one‑on‑one meetings, education, and data reviews on quality, service, teamwork, and integrity.
- Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one‑on‑one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communication processes; share information timely, accurately, and completely as needed.
- Conduct annual reviews of direct reports, including determination of any relevant compensation adjustments.
- Complete all payroll processes in HRIS, including leave of absences, time off requests, job changes, department transfers, and terminations.
- Occasionally participate in community functions related to TCO outreach events throughout the year.
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or applicable experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
