Emergency Room Technician (ERT)

Join our Emergency Center team as an Emergency Room Technician (ERT) and play an important role in supporting patients during some of their most critical moments. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide hands-on patient care and help coordinate care throughout the Emergency Center. Work Schedule:.6 FTE, 12-hour shift- 7p-730a, including every 3rd weekend rotation.

Note:

may be expected to work 8-hour shifts during Holiday.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date.
• Must have at least one of the following:
• Current WI EMT Certification
• Current WI Nursing Assistant certification with experience in an acute care setting (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years)
• Experience as an Emergency Room Technician (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current beside experience preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Clerical experience preferred.
