Coldwell Banker Branch Vice President - Hudson, WI
Coldwell Banker has built the foundation of the North American residential real estate brokerage for 21 years. As a Branch Vice President, you will lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office, responsible for recruiting and developing real estate agents, driving revenue, and leveraging the latest technology.
Responsibilities and Attributes- Inspiring motivator: attract associates and lead teams to success by demonstrating a high energy level and creating a culture of awesomeness.
- Strong communicator: articulate Coldwell Banker’s value proposition to attract and retain agents.
- Successful manager: run branch operations, hire, develop, and reward talent; manage expenses and profit & loss to achieve profitability targets.
- Teammate: align with company strategy to drive growth, partner with other managers to increase market share and brand recognition.
- Growth driver: ensure associates have tools and training; endorse preferred services such as mortgage, title, and home warranty.
- Ethical leader: demonstrate integrity, maintain strong community reputation, and ensure compliance with local transaction regulations.
- 3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience, knowledgeable of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures; hold an active local real estate or broker’s license.
- Proven management success, including recruiting, training, and encouraging high-performing teams.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, knowledgeable of current technology and eager to adopt emerging tools to drive growth.
- Passionate, hardworking, and eager to grow your career while motivating associates.
- Influential communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, and media sites.
