Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Project Manager based in Hudson, WI. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; overseeing expediting, inspection, and logistics; and collaborating with clients, electricians, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives. The role also involves problem‑solving and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Project Management, including the ability to plan, manage, and execute projects efficiently.
  • Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Proficiency in Inspection and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordination of resources and optimization of workflows.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus.
