The Branch Manager is a dynamic and inspirational leader responsible for driving credit union growth through community involvement to ensure the success of the credit union. At Royal Credit Union, the Branch Manager is a strategic leader that will be responsible for driving team performance, member satisfaction, and branch growth while fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability. This role requires a balance of operational oversight, business development, and community engagement to ensure overall success and profitability of the branch.

- Compensation: $83,900 – $96,500 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent related work experience
- One year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership training
- Experience in networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships
- Customer service experience
- Leadership & Team Development:
Ability to recruit, coach, and mentor high‑impact talent while fostering collaboration and accountability. - Business Growth & Financial Acumen:
Skilled in implementing business development strategies, managing portfolios, and analyzing financial data to drive profitability. - Community Engagement & Relationship Building:
Strong networking skills to build partnerships and represent Royal in community initiatives. - Operational Excellence & Compliance:
Expertise in managing branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. - Adaptability & Innovation:
Ability to lead through change, embrace technology, and promote digital banking solutions for enhanced member experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent related work experience
- One year of experience working in financial services (transaction processing, new accounts, loans, etc.)
- FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) or other approved financial counseling certification.
