Warehouse Utility Worker is a key member of the Shipping/Receiving team, learning other positions over time to handle peak demand and provide versatility.

• Pack/palletize/wrap products for safe shipment.
• Label packages and secure items on pallets.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Assist in staging orders, pulling products from inventory, and organizing the shipping area.
• Perform basic receiving tasks such as unloading incoming materials and stocking shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shipping/receiving area.
• Support inventory tasks such as basic counting or cycle counts.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach.
• Basic ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willing and able to pass forklift certification provided.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and attention to detail.
