Due to increasing business demands, we are seeking a skilled full-time Machinist to join our team in Hudson, WI. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, fabricating metal parts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key tasks include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, setting up machines for production runs, conducting measurements, and troubleshooting equipment. The role also involves collaborating with a small yet dynamic team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines, lathe, and milling equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience or training in manufacturing or machining; technical certifications a plus

Pay based on experience
