Job Description
Clinic RN Supervisor Twin Cities – Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by its physicians. The position ensures excellent patient service and delivery of care in the Rheumatology Clinic and Infusion Center.
Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and retain Clinical Care Coordinators, RNs, and Lab employees.
- Coordinate weekly staff schedules for adequate coverage.
- Manage lab workflow, policy, and best practices in coordination with lab leaders.
- Ensure staff are cross‑trained in Lab and Clinical Care Coordinator roles.
- Act as a liaison between management and clinic staff to maintain quality and efficiency of patient service, collaborating with infusion nurses, care coordinators, regional supervisors, and leaders.
- Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with managers and staff to assess, educate, and review data on quality, service, teamwork, and integrity.
- Maintain frequent, timely, and appropriate communication with employees through meetings and other processes; share information accurately and completely.
- Conduct site visits to locations offering rheumatology and lab services.
- Conduct annual reviews of direct reports, including compensation adjustments.
- Complete payroll processes in HRIS—leave of absences, time off requests, job changes, department transfers, terminations, etc.
- Participate in community functions related to TCO outreach events throughout the year.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or applicable experience.
- RN licensure required in MN; WI preference.
- Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience; 1–3 years in a clinical setting (e.g., CA, MA, phlebotomist).
- Expected to work in the infusion center as needed (approximately 20% of time).
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
