What You'll Bring2 or more years as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Master Technician in a dealership environment1 or more years of experience with Ford or another domestic OEM manufacturer

Advanced diagnostic and drivability expertise

Proven ability to lead technicians and improve shop performance

Experience with dealership service systems and repair documentation

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $80,000-$100,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
