Automotive Service Advisor – Baker Buick GMC Hudsonville

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team of Buick GMC professionals. • You’ve done this job before. You are a pro and know how to hit the ground running.
• Customers are your top priority. You know when they are happy, everything else falls into place.
• You are energized by being in the starting lineup on a high-performing team.

• Be the primary customer contact, from the point of initial greeting to delivery of the serviced vehicle.
• Learn your product to be a credible resource for your customers.
• Thoroughly assess customer needs and present the appropriate services.
• Champion the multi-point inspection process and review results with every customer.
• Organize and present estimates that make customers want to invest in their vehicles.
• Manage your book of business making sure vehicles get through the shop on schedule.
• Ensure customers stay informed with up-to-date progress and changes in status.
• Insist on keeping your paperwork organized and current.
• Understand and stay compliant with the manufacturer warranty and policy & procedures.

• Experience as a Service Advisor is a must. GM Dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with the CDK dealer management system is a bonus.
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  College experience is a plus.
