What

You'll Do
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and courteously, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.
  • Manage service schedules for all technicians, parts orders, and service department billing.
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers to the appropriate department or person for their needs.
  • Skillfully address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, working to find solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Become proficient in our systems, including MS Office Suite, Docusign, and Evosus Platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Embrace ongoing training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
