Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including APQP and PPAP submissions.
- Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation and records.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with core tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and apply GD&T principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
