Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, maintenance, and administrative roles.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, including accurate payroll processing for a diverse workforce.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs, including safety, compliance, and skills development for manufacturing staff.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and corrective action plans for all departments.

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
• Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for a diverse workforce, including production and skilled trades.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and workers' compensation processes.

• Experience with union relations or collective bargaining.
• Demonstrated involvement in workplace safety programs or OSHA compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
