Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative staff.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs tailored to manufacturing roles.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs, including safety, skills development, and compliance for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation.
- Partner with operations management to develop workforce planning strategies and address staffing needs.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance regulations relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g., OSHA, FLSA, FMLA).
- Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work culture among diverse production teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for both skilled and unskilled manufacturing roles.
- Knowledge of safety programs, workers' compensation, and the ability to collaborate with operations on health and safety initiatives.
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing work forces.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
