Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures across the facility.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, hazard analyses, and regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are highly preferred.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
• Experience implementing or managing EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement methodology experience.
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites or in a corporate EHS role.
