Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, adjusting machine settings and performing tool changes as required.
• Monitor machine performance, detect malfunctions, and troubleshoot issues during production runs.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and machine maintenance.

• CAD/CAM software experience (e.g., Solid Works, Mastercam)
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators)
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
