We are currently hiring a Sheet Metal Helper for our Sheet Metal Department at ESPEC North America (ENA), a partner in environmental and accelerated reliability test chambers and solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Mount and wire assemblies.
- Calculate box and conduit fill.
- Utilize standard work instructions to complete assemblies.
- Understand ladder schematics and build according to prints.
- Understand part numbers, locations, and descriptions.
- Use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and knives.
- Read tape measure frequently.
- Cut wire and run seal tight.
- May perform brazing duties only after on‑site training.
- Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain regular physical attendance.
- Abide by the Guiding Principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Skills and Experience:
- Computer skills, including tablet use.
- Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Read tape measure.
- Use small hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with electrical wiring.
- Read electrical schematics.
- Build using electrical, plumbing, and fabrication drawings.
- Experience with industrial manufacturing preferred (1 year).

Skills:
Ability to read and understand step instructions and memos in English.
