2nd Shift- Production Supervisor- Food Production

Overview

We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
.

• Demonstrated communication team building skills.
• 3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment.
• Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments.
• Aptitude to train and develop employees.
• Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired.
• Experienced in employee performance assessments.
• Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-directed and results oriented individual.
• Supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to acceptableness of production and production processes and is able to make quick decision relating to daily production runs. This job requires a pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
