General Labor / Order Picker (Transportation)

APH Manufacturing is a leading provider of high‑quality hydraulic cylinders, serving diverse industries including manufacturing, construction, mobile, and more. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders that meet the unique needs of our clients.

This is a full‑time, 1st shift position. We are seeking a reliable, independent, teachable, hardworking individual. The ideal candidate possesses integrity, is a team player, problem‑solver, communicates effectively, has a strong sense of urgency, and strives to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Picking parts for production
• Installing seals into hydraulic cylinder components prior to assembly
• Putting parts away as needed
• Performing regular cycle counts as needed
• Assisting packaging and preparing cylinders for shipping as needed
• Maintain accurate records within our ERP system (i.e., BOM management, inventory management, etc.)

• Be willing to help the team in any area needed
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Follow all safety requirements as trained from safety program
• Utilize required PPE
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Adhere to all policies laid out in the company handbook
